If you fall in love with an existing model, you can purchase that or build it on a new home site.

If you fall in love with a new home site, then choose from home styles approved for that site, and work with the builder to customize your floor plan and select your finishes.

Ridgewood offers five home styles — the Maplewood, Birchwood, Sprucewood, Aspenwood, and Oakwood— ranging from 1,800 to 3,600 square feet.
